After may years with Greenway, I came back to purchase a convertible C Class. I was supposed to buy this car in 2017 but I bought a GLC instead. This time I did just about everything online with the assistance of Remus Bulmer. Remus made the transaction seamless. I am not one for spending time in dealerships, so 30 minutes it about the max for me. The only hold up was my bank taking excessive time to complete my wire transfer. I guess they figure since I am over 55 I can't know what I am doing with my own money. I would highly recommend Greenway if you are in the market for a car. {Original review from 6 years ago} As always my experience was great. After 119,000 miles my rear brake pads and rotors need to be replaced. For the last 9 years my car has been a maintenance dream. I was able to drop my car off and leave with a free 2016 350 E loaner. One of the great thing about Greenway Mercedes is you get a loaner when you bring your car in for repairs. My SLK is 9 years old and my Service Consultant, Jay Kohn still offer me this service. Jay has been my Service Consultant for the past 9 years and he has always taken very good care of us. This time my service took 1.5 days and I really enjoyed driving a larger car. My SLK is great but I am low to the ground. I am looking forward to the 2017 models. I been waiting for 6 years for the convertible C class to be released. I will be purchasing my new car from Greenway because of their great attention to customer service for the last 9 years.

Very poor service! The dealer even provide a shuttle on my way back to the shop! I had a flat tire and they fixed it poorly … it’s flat again! And the communication to the customer to let me know the details of my car was literally zero! Also I had to wait almost 25 minutes after I arrived to pick it up. It took more than 9 hours when the advisor told me 3 to 4 hours.

Quickest repair in history! Had a bad rear rattle at 20,000 miles. Made appointment to check it out. Got loaner car. Turned out to be a bad rear shock and it was replaced and I was back at the dealership in less than 90 minutes. Loaner car has less than 3 miles on it!!! Makes a big difference when a needed part is in stock. Never had such quick service.

My disappointment is with the service department at the dealership. I’ve taken my car to them approximately five times in the last eight months and every time they say nothing is wrong and I’m still dealing with the same issue. I would no longer deal with this dealerships service department due to the fact they’re in adequate. I should’ve known when I had to wait an hour and 10 minutes for them to bring me my vehicle back so that I can get something I left out of here that was my side to take my vehicle and go to another dealership. My most annoying point deal with this dealership on the previous service that I picked my vehicle up from on Saturday was the fact they told me nothing was wrong with my back right tire and my back right tire is still reading loud and I’ve had to go put air in it you shouldn’t have to put air in a new vehicle Tire once a week and it’s not because of the cold air pressure is just low when is getting lower. The next time my car needs service and I’m going to deal with one of the two dealerships that are close to my home due to the fact I’m very displeased with that service that I have received from this dealership so hopefully the right person will get this information and will Contact me till six with your service advisor Jay didn’t do. I am really disappointing and I will not be coming back to the dealership again.

Mike Alf has been my service representative since I purchased my 2021 GLA250. I’ve never had better service experience before Mike. He is always available, returns calls quickly and ensures quality service. My car was recently broken in to…the thieves broke the passenger side front door window. Mike made arrangements to come pick up my car at my place of work and had it repaired and ready when I got off work. It is extremely difficult to find that level of service these days.

When I requested him to give me a call, it usually took him at least six hours. He submitted the warranty issue to my warranty company 7 days after having possession of my vehicle. Because he was not in the office one day, my car just sat there until he returned back to work. I received constant empty apologies from Peter when I complained and it's simply ridiculous. One week after dropping off my car, when I inquired on why my car was not repaired yet. Peter lied and said he just recently got the part in that day (although he told me a few days prior that the part was already in stock). You have been warned. Take your car to another location. This one sucks! Why buy an expensive car just to get subpar service?

The Service Department is awful. I had to wait 30 minutes for the valet to bring my car, a pair of sunglasses went missing, and I just realized that they never performed the state inspection and didn't bother to tell me this was not performed. I am beyond upset that I now have to take my car back for a state inspection.

We turned in a lease a few months early after being told we would receive a credit as when we leased it we did a 1 payment for the 3 years. Both the Adrianna and her manager both said we would get money back, and we had done this prior with another Mercedes at another dealer ship. After calling MBFS after a few months and getting put back in touch with the Sales Manager at Greenway he said Mercedes did not have any early turn in incentives, and would check into it. Well never did hear back from him. Was lied to to get the sale. Will never send a penny at Greenway or any Autonation dealer. Also tried to cancel some of the extended policies 2 days after purchasing and the finance person who did contract said cant refund, when 2 of them clearly stated full refund within 7 days of purchase if requested. All they want is to get your $$$ and onto the next person in the door.

I hit a pothole on Saturday and the tire on my E350 and the right rear tire died a quick death. I drove over to MB of Greenway - without an appointment, and was seen immediately by Service Advisor Ernesto Gutierrez. In less than 2 hours my car was returned to me with a new tire and exterior car wash. Ernesto was great. The only reason I did not rate the experience with 5 stars is because I noticed that my light colored MB-TEX (standard vinyl upholstery) was dirty on the driver's seat and the driver's armrest. I didn't notice this when I picked up my car. he car's interior was clean when I brought it into the dealership, but I saw the grime when I arrived home. Having said that, I'm still grateful that I was able to have the car quickly serviced.

The salesperson MOE Al Fawriya assured us that our car will come with AC seats as part of the premium package. After we finished my build, I asked yet again, if my car will include the AC front seats and only after I was assured by Moe that the order form included it, I agreed to sign on the order. When it got here, I took the car home only to find out I am now stuck with a car that DOES NOT have the one feature I wanted most. The ONLY feature I cared about. When addressing the issue to Moe, he claimed that it is not an option for the Model C300, which a simple google search will debunk. Also, throughout the car ordering process, I found the email responses from Moe to be highly unprofessional. Examples; When asking for an updated ETA date he responded "Hopefully, we’ll see it soon". When asking if they offer window tinting he said "No we don’t have tint guy here" I responded asking if he could recommend someone. He said "i don't have anyone but search google see which one high review around your area".... Not the service I expect from such a reputable brand. I feel scammed!!! Please do yourself a favor and purchase your Mercedes Benz from ANY other dealership in town.

Very nice people, problem is what I want from a dealership is competent helpful service, not just nice people. They kept my car for several days for a diagnostic and identified several "issues" they felt were needing attention. Unfortunately, they did not identify nor offer a clear solution to the issue which was causing the problem. I had to go to a German car brake specialist shop to identify the problem - which the dealership did not even list among the "issues" they claimed needed attention.

Jay was my service representative and when I dropped my car off, he seemed like a good guy. I was getting regular maintenance done and he said my car should be ready by noon since I had an 8am appointment. He told me he would call to update me on any additional services they saw that would need to be done before doing them. Well, noon came and no call or email or text from Jay or Mercedes. Finally at 2pm, I reached out only to be told that Jay was out of office and the woman I was talking to could not tell me anything about my car. She suggested that I wait to pick up my car on Monday without offering a loaner for the inconvenience. After have a few words, she put me on hold and then came back to tell me that I had a gas leak but my car should be ready by 4:30pm and they close at 5. Once I got to the dealership, Jay explained that his email said out of office because he was not supposed to be working but had decided to work instead. He offered no apology for not contacting me regarding the extra service of my gas leak (although it was covered under warranty). I was also charged for an alignment that I never approved because I never received a call on my updates.

I went to this place to purchase a vehicle Saturday 12/17/22 and the salesperson Don was wonderful. He talked to me as though I was a human and not a dollar sign. The finance person that I spoke with though was completely different. Once I stepped into his office and declined his financing directly through Mercedes he started treating me like I was not worth his time. I explained that I was already preapproved through my credit union and I would prefer them. After that he didn't really provide any information about the options selected to be sent in for my loan, just handed me the IPAD to sign doucments (which I had to ask him what they were for and read them myself), he told me that they would call me about the car after they got the check and then left out. He went in to sit with another manager/person and didn't pay us anymore attention. It appeared to me we didn't fit his image of what a person driving a Mercedes should look like. Considering I already own one its kind of a slap in the face. Something that the finance person needs to work on. This company needs to have some Skills coaching on rejection.

I have purchased multiple Mercedes SL cars from this dealership over the years. All came with the guarantee of free loaners, etc for routine service appointments, etc. Today when I called to make the annual service appointment for my car, my request for a loaner car was denied. I was told the service should only take 4 hrs (which they have way underestimated on each of my previous appointments) and I can wait or get dropped off. Greenway Mercedes you are a disgrace to the Mercedes Brand, and you have lost my business and I hope the others' business who read this review!!

My car was due for service, inspection and also had a scratch on it. Even though I didn't have an appointment, but by the end of the day, my car was like brand new! We leased a Glc 300 back in 2019 and went in to purchase the car in Oct 22. Financial advisor Elizabeth helped us and told us there wasn’t going to be any lease payment going forward. However a couple weeks later we start getting calls from Mercedes financial services that we needed to pay for 1 more month of lease payment. We then called her several times trying to figure out what’s going on and were always told she wasn’t there or she was busy. So a couple days later we went in to the dealership and our sales informed that she was busy and told us per “Elizabeth you do not need to pay anything” we were then told she will be calling us back with an update but never has. Between this time we still get calls from financial services on and off, they also called us at 7am on Black Friday morning. It was very frustrating so a week later we went into the store again. This time we spoke to the financial manager Sergi and was promised that she will call us with an update once she returns Tuesday, but as of now we still have no heard anything from anyone! It seems like after they sell you the car then it is none of their business. The financial manager Sergi also tried to brush us off by saying “well if they tell you to pay then you have to pay”. I don’t mind to pay but I need clarification from Elizabeth since she is the one dealt with our paper work and also I would like an explanation why this isn’t done right in the first place?.

I purchased a 100,000 car then realized my sales person did not want me to test drive it because I was young and black, I guess I did not fit his description of someone who had the credit or money to purchase the car. After I realized I was being stereotyped, I ask for a refund from my down payment and left, worst experience ever! I had my my AC checked out, needless to say I needed an AC Compressor replace with a new compressor and whatever AC work that was need ( As we all now that was Not cheap). The work was done in June of 2019 here we are in 2022 and it stop working exactly where the 2 year marked supposed warranty ends. I called Greenway and now I have to pay again for another job this is absolutely ridiculous! AC compressors usually last for years. I should not have to pay over 3 grand for another AC compressor. Mercedes Benz product should be able to stand up to the quality of brand they say they have!

We have been using this dealership for several years. I have taken our last two Mercedes Benz to them for service, so I am assuming that this is a one off. We took the car in to get an estimate on repair for AC damage from a road hazard. due to the damage we could not get a loaner so we had to reschedule for about two weeks later we were given one price at that time to do the evaluation to figure out what was going on. We brought the car back approximately two weeks later, they had it all day, and the price kept changing in text communications between the service rep and my wife. The car needed and A service, rear brakes, and repairs to the AC and radiator. At one point the estimate given verbally was just under $7000 but we could not get them to send us anything in writing so we told them we would take the car elsewhere. Without us signing/consenting or knowing the total price or included services, they did the $1600 A service. The service manager agreed that since we did not sign anything, nor have detailed information to make an informed decision that they were not going to charge us for the service as it was a premature assumption. Throughout that Thursday and Friday I repeatedly asked for the estimate to fix the air conditioning and radiator damage. It never came, and my queries were ignored so we picked up the car Friday afternoon. The following Monday we finally received an estimate for the AC and radiator repair. The document was created that morning, not the previous week. When the car was there the revised combine pricing was just over $4000; significantly lower than the nearly $7000 they have been quoted over the phone Have they provided us with estimates and accurate information we would have had the service completed there. But since they would not provide the detailed information and actual costs in advance, we took our business elsewhere. Based on our history with them, we know that this is NOT typical of them and the staff from the top down were very helpful and understanding? With the exception of providing estimates with real dollar amounts..

Additionally, I was told I could have a loaner for my second drop off and when I brought my second vehicle in, I was informed it was put into the system as a drop off. Usually the service is top notch but not this time unfortunately. The car still had the check engine light issue for which I brought it in. Communication was very slow and I had to keep checking back rather than the other way around. It took over 2 weeks to get a simple issue fixed. I also asked for a car appraisal to see if it would be worthwhile to trade it in. Never got an appraisal either despite being told they would send me one

The location didn't have many options, and even with a fleet CAN, I was not able to get my % off because all the new cars were "on hold" and managers didn't want to honor it on the vehicle I purchased. I believe it's mostly because I had my own financing, I noticed how things shifted after they found that out. Funny thing is, the first car they didn't want to discount, they discounted it on the site the day after. I don't understand the point of having relationships with companies (fleet), but not giving their customers good service.

My service advisor is very professional. However, I’m noticing that the lack of attention to details are becoming more evident. During my last B service I was given a estimated work completion date, which turned into almost a week later- things happen I get that. Once the vehicle servicing was completed and released, there was a very noticeable white paint overspray all over the hood and windshield. My service advisor was quick to address the issue and offered to fully detailed my vehicle. That took another two days to return the vehicle. So here the uncomfortable part about my recent experience. After picking up my vehicle on a late Friday evening, I noticed that the driver seat forwarding adjustment was malfunctioning. I reached out to my service advisor and was told to bring vehicle back to have a service technician address my concern. Given short notice my service advisor was honest about having to scheduled an appointment to have a service technician pull the driver seat out to locate the problem- it maybe an object stuck in the seat rail. That said, I’m confused as to why the seat adjustment feature has a problem at this point. The seat was working prior to the service of the vehicle. Deductive reasoning concludes that the issue raised during the service of the vehicle. But more pointedly during the full detail of the vehicle. I must add that the detail was Top notch. So now the conundrum is that I am on the hook for payment to have the service technician remove the seat and locate the object blocking the forwarding of the seat. If the object is deemed a result of the servicing of the vehicle-no charge. Am I to believe that I will get an honest assessment? Again, the attention to details are starting to appear lack luster. And I am finding myself frequently visiting the service department more often.

The sale completion can however be a lot better - I am yet to receive the spare key(s) or owner manuals 2 weeks after the vehicle was delivered. Innefective service on wheels alignment. Left the shop around 10am after service was complete and after driving 5 min on the highway immediately noticed alignment issues persisted. Upon prompt return to the shop a few minutes later I was told the service could not be performed again on same day. Wife had an appointment today 10/26 with this dealership scheduled about 5weeks ago for Service A maintenance with an over $1 grand service charge. Loaner vehicle and all confirmed several weeks in advance by dealership. Well, morning of appointment, wife receives text message that there is no loaner vehicle available for her and dealership can only arrange one-way travel not exceeding a 15mile radius. The nerve! Of course a phone call to customer service made no difference and Manager did not pick or return phone call. And we still wonder why businesses close shop? With the approaching recession one wonders how businesses like this actually survive without Government handouts from tax payers money, when they lose easy $$ by the day. I told her to take her business elsewhere, don't waste your time and $$ where it is not needed. I just read the review below written 7months ago. This kind of dealership is not where I'd trust to take care of my vehicle. Good riddance!

Dreading the entire buying experience, we were pleasantly surprised by the ease of our purchase and the warmth and care we received from this dealership, especially from our salesman David Griffin. David was courteous, never pushy, answered our questions, followed-up in a timely manner, and helped us with the entire purchase process. We felt that this dealership went above and beyond when we sat down to finance (the finance guys were wonderfully polite too!) and discuss our trade-in. It was a great and smooth experience. We can't complain!

Couldn’t be happier with the service received from Leigh and Chris. Custom ordered my new 22’ G Wagon AMG G63 over 1 1/2 yrs. ago and finally arrived in! It was more beautiful than I could imagine. Leigh worked with me several times on redoing and updating the order to make sure it was perfect, he was patient, and extremely knowledgeable to assist me and ensure my car features were correct, and designed to perfection. I was very disappointed with my service this time. I went in to have a stuck seatbelt repaired. I was told that a part needed to be ordered that would take several days to arrive. I inquired about a loaner car and was told that none were available. Thus - I returned to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle and reaching my next destination, I realized that Mercedes Greenway had left my backseat completely disassembled, complete with tools on the floorboard and disassembled seat. I had to pay for alternate transportation for my passengers and drive across town to have my seat put back in place. Initially, my seat was put back with the formerly stuck seatbelt loose (bottom metal exposed) and machine grease on my light colored seats. I had to inform the service advisor that it was not safe for me to drive around with a disconnected seatbelt (essentially a long belt with a heavy metal piece on the end.) The seatbelt was finally put back - no longer stuck and apparently not in need of the $1200 replacement that I was initially quoted.

Car radiator leak. At Texas border. Driver called MERCEDES and was told only a tow to the nearest Mercedes dealer. Use AAA membership instead. Not a good moment for ?MERCEDES and me.?? Once in Houston car serviced. Peter Schermerhorn did a very good job. He is an excellent customer service person.

Week one the car had to be replaced with 300 miles on it. The 2nd car had nothing but issues even after having the entire dash replaced the same issues and more would happen. I never was confident to drive a brand new AMG with just a total 10k miles on in 2 years of ownership.

I have had positive experiences with the services department, and am happy with the ways they have communicated and serviced my vehicle. However, unfortunately I have had such a negative experience with general customer service after leasing my vehicle. Prior to coming to Mercedes-Benz I was with BMW and experienced such phenomenal customer service that it has likely made this experience feel exceptionally difficult. For example, I have made small requests (asked for the second spare key for my vehicle after only being given one) and have waited months (and am still waiting) for the matter to be resolved. I hope that the team here can improve as poor customer service can really decrease your happiness with the overall experience.

I have 2022 GLE 350. I mysteriously had a glitch in one of my screens that sent me into a complete panic. When I got to the service department, they quickly begin to look for the source of the issue. Because it was a Saturday, the service provider helped me get scheduled so I could drop the car off for further inspection. The morning I dropped the car off, everyone was friendly and quick to help me get in and setup for a loaner vehicle. I receive constant updates at every point if the inspection and was given a full report verbally as well as upon pickup of my vehicle. They truly made something scary become much less stressful.

Horrible customer service. Brand new gls has left me and my kids stranded 3x. The car is a lemon. Brought car in each time and they find nothing wrong with it. Say it’s safe to drive but it’s not. Took my car in again, against my better judgment, to have its annual check up. Got the estimate: $5K. The Windshield wiper fluid tank has a leak. The right rear brake pad is down to 5-7 mm. The engine block pad is broken, etc, etc. I informed the service manager the following: 1. The windshield wiper fluid alarm has been on since I took the car in last year. 2. So has the left turning signal light alarm 3. And I had the brake pads changed in June. 4. And while I had the car in for the brake pad changes, I was told the air filters were dirty and I then spent an additional $470 having them changed out, when I was already charged for the air filters when I took the car in last October to the dealership! The long and short of it: I was told the tech probably didn’t notice the windshield fluid tank being cracked during the last check up. Also their record did show the air filter was supposed have been changed. I didn’t get any refund for the air filter charges, nor was it offered. The window washer fluid tank could have cracked when they didn’t fill it up, or if they even inspected it during last year’s check up. I will not purchase my next car or take my car there again. They have no concept how important time is and had made promises on the ready time and then to have the customer wait for an additional 2 hours until I threaten to call the police for false imprisonment. Done.

My car would not crank normally but world not start, and also has a recall. Jerry Jow (the representative from Greenway Plaza Mercedes) scheduled repair & recall quickly for me and the whole process went super smooth. The technicians also found some leak which was also reported by another Mercedes dealer, but the repair estimation from this Greenway Benz is MUCH lower than the "another" dealer. Jerry and Greenway Mercedes, you are the best! Thank you very much! I've been with this dealer/workshop and Jerry for many years. They care customers and they are professional. I strongly recommend this dealer/workshop!

The buying process took longer than required, and the sales manager was trying too hard to sell the additional packages. He was insisting on selling the wheel protection plan to cover the Run-Flat Tires. However, after three days of buying, I ran a curb and two of my tires on the driver's side burst. When I went to a tire dealer to replace them, they informed me that the tires were Yokohama YK740 GTX, which are NOT RUN-FLAT TIRES. So basically, the sales manager was lying to me about the tires being run-flats.

The service advisors are great and greenway must treat them well. I have had the same advisor since I bought my first Benz and I am on my second one. The people there are always professional but I did have a small problem when picking up my car. I was told someone is bringing it down several times but 4 or 5 people who just arrived to pick up their car got theirs before me and I had been waiting. Finally another advisor came out to tell me that where my car was parked , there was a car in front of it whose battery had died so that’s what was taking so long. In this case, all they had to do was tell me that instead of have me waiting.

Once again Ernesto Zutierrez my service advisor does an outstanding job getting my car repaired and back to me in time so I could take my wife to her doctors appointment in the Woodlands. I just left home when the low tire pressure icon flashed on the dash, I pulled over and looked over my left rear tire and spotted a nail. I have run-flat tires on my 2022 AMG GLA45 and new it would need to be replaced before I could make the round trip from Houston to the Woodlands. I was not to far from Mercedes Green-way so I headed over. I spoke to Ernesto, he checked to see if they had a tire in stock, which they did and replacement was completed while we waited and we still had 1-1/2 hours to make it to the Woodlands for the doctors appointment. I had a cracked tire rim on my CLA-250. One rim costs $748. A hefty price to shoulder at anytime. But the folks at Mercedes Greenway surprised me with a reduced price of $150 to help me out. I didn't ask for it they just did it. I guess my service counselor saw the look on my face at the shock of the price and decided to do what he could to ease the shock. Thank you Mercedes Greenway once again for such excellent service!

My recent service visit was not the same service that I have received in the past. Had a service appointment scheduled for a Wednesday but happened to have a tire issue the weekend before. Dropped the car off late afternoon on Monday (after calling to give tire info and confirm they had tires) and said when the service happens I want to replace all 4 tires. Please make note of this so they can be ordered if needed. I knew I was going to be without a car until Wednesday but was hoping not to prolong it. Wednesday comes along and they need to order tires. So dropping the car off and communicating what I expected did not help. In the past I had thought the service department was great, but this time was a huge let down. Communication was less than stellar, I may just try another dealership in the future for service. Also ordered a new MB fragrance and was sent the wrong scent. Honestly, I am not even sure the service tech ever listened to me.... so frustrating!

Now is a really bad time to purchase a car.NO negotiation on the sales price and I only buy CPO. I guess the good news and that I'm never afraid to walk away. I handle the finances and I know exactly what I want to spend and get a loan for so if the numbers don't work... I wait. I hate it when the salesman goes back and forth to the manager because my only leverage was my trade. I finally got up and walked over to the manager and we got the numbers to work for me. Don't know what happened because I didn't check this before leaving the lot.. the car did not include a manual in the glove compartment. The salesman was also misinformed on the estimated interest rate on the loan if you have good credit. Also wrong on the dealer warranty so I had to spend more for that. Other than that, I really like the car. Will probably keep it until prices on electric vehicles comes down. (5 Yrs) Should get a good trade-in value on it. Well, I hope I win the fuel gift card. I could really use that!

The only odd thing is after we purchased we got a generic email asking if there?s anything the gm could do to help us make a decision in the purchasing process. I just brought a Jeep Wrangler from them, it was the worst experience ever. the sales person had no clue about the car and even admitted he does not know about Jeep, yet failed to transfer me to someone who know about the product. Also i was informed the Jeep comes with the Aftermarket stereo but i was told the original will be given (it was already in the car) for me to get fixed. but when i took delivery of the car it was not to be found. and the sales manager and the store manager refused to replace the stereo

The vehicle purchase was great however the Veritas extended warranty isn’t what they claim. I was told it included everything except a few specific items. After getting home and reading through the volume of paper work I discovered that coverage wasn’t as described so I decided to cancel. After a lot of time in the phone I’m told that’s is in the cancellation portal and I should expect my refund in 4-6 weeks. This is unacceptable. They sure didn’t give me 4-6 weeks to pay them. I’m surprised that a reputable dealership would sell this garbage.

They inspected our vehicle for trade in value and left the sunroof open. We tried to close it and it would not close. I held down the wind deflector and closed it but they did NOTHING but argue for 45 minutes! We probably have used the sunroof twice on this car and it is not even paid off yet. So my advice is to definitely not go to this location if you care about your vehicle or customer service. They had their own mechanics who probably could have fixed the problem within minutes but argued with no apologies. You can’t understand by just reading this but 45 minutes in the Houston 99F tends to upset many people when the customer service is that poor! No wonder society is failing

I do not recommend this dealership. The Finance Manager Ravi S is very shady. He told me directly that the dealership will not allow me to use my own financing. I called Mercedes customer care and the representative stated that does not sound right, as I expected. I contacted the dealership back and the sales Manager stated that outside financing is not a problem. Apparently the finance manager was trying to force me into going through his preferred lender at a higher interest rate! Ofcourse he did this after running my credit and me putting down a deposit. Run! Save time and spend your money with honest people.

The car that I purchased inside was very worn and I asked for some touches. The arm rest, steering well, driver knobs, radio buttons and crack on the windshield. The arm wrest was fixed for 250 dollars and I'm waiting for a windshield to come in. I'm driving with an obstruction view until then. Also the dirt in the car was horrific after it received a inside detailing job.

WARNING: I bought a brand new 2021 GLC here. BRAND NEW and my car is already in the shop needing a completely new engine. I live in Louisiana, called and they told me it’s not really anything they can do. NO ONE could give me at least a loaner car,or provide a rental car. There is no telling how long I will be without a car. This car has less than 20,000 miles and needs a new ENGINE. Now I’m stuck paying out of pocket a rental car and a car note for car I don’t even have! This is Luxury?? Do not recommend.

Artem was actually incredible, extremely patient but quick when he needed to be. He went straight to the point and made small talk, I adored him and the other gentleman who had only been there for a few days. There was one man who was sort of unpleasant, he seemed to have a "let's get this over with" vibe during the pass around time. Thats what I call the time frame in which different people try to come in and close the deal. He gave up on me extremely quickly and had a judgemental tone. Luckily Artem, the finance guy who closed us, and the tech? Guy who explained my car features made up for that man's lack of professionalism

Had to have a new starter!Then a bad tire after having had to have a new starter and no spare and it does not have tires like my prior BMW which you can continue to drive on!

There have been so many issues with the Car itself. I’ve been called back to state the AC was fixed and the minute I got into the car it was not. The latest is the entire display had to be replaced and while still not every option is working, not hard to believe, I kept hearing rattles and have found screws left in the cup holder. I haven’t had time to see if they are extra or missing from my new dash display.

Horrible customer service. Called and spoke with Manny Rodriguez my salesman about setting an appointment to get my seat repaired due (my drive is 3 hours) to the leather ripping. He started telling me that there wouldn’t be a loaner available, He explained that loaners where only available for people that were getting engines replaced or some other major repair. After explaining to him that I had to have a loaner; he told me to make an appointment with service. I asked him to transfer me and he claims he didn’t know the extension. He informed me that he would have to look up the extension and call me back. I told not to worry I would call back and ask for service. Called back and got an appointment to get my car seats repaired and a loaner is available a week from Monday. Called back to speak with a manager waited on hold for 12 minutes 15 seconds no one ever answered. Called back claims all the managers are busy. As of this post I still haven’t received a return call from the manager.

I just brought my E350 coupe in for a couple of recalls. The service was remarkable. In a world where just about every business seems to blame lameness and lack of service on “COVID,” it is refreshing to experience such quality service and professionalism. They provided me with a very nice loaner (I wanted to keep). I previously had to take my BMW for the same Takata airbag recall, and the BMW dealership didn’t do that. Thanks Mercedes Greenway for making what could have been a complete hassle, a breeze instead!

Took my 2020 GLE 450 to get a tire pressure monitor warning light addressed (made an appointment). I was expecting a quick fix for something that seemed relatively straightforward. After my car had been with them for over 24 hours I called to check on it - They had not yet even looked at it. After apologizing they said they would "expedite" my service. They called later in the day saying I needed a new TPM sensor, but they had none in stock and it would take a few days to get it. Finally, I called them again on day 6 and was informed my car was fixed. When I went to pick up the bill was ~$735 ..... to fix a TPM sensor. I was charged $166 for the part alone, $485 in labor and $60 for a "disposal fee". Looked up the part on Mercedes website and retail price is $87. This is not a reputable dealer - Save your money and look elsewhere!

The expectations were set that it would have been done fairly quickly… When in fact it was delayed several days. No phone calls were made. I had to call to get information. And my service advisor never answered their phone (not even from the receptionist). The loaner car after waiting more than hour (this was a scheduled appointment) had the yellow warning light on indicating low tire pressure. I accepted the vehicle since the pressure was at the lower end of acceptable. Consequently, after three days the pressure had dropped to 23 pounds PSI (other tires around 43 PSI). I also was interested in purchasing a new Mercedes. I was unable to get anybody to help me. Nobody seemed interested to help. Eventually, a newly hired employee in the “used car section” came over to help. He apologized. After several days going back and forth between sales manager on what I needed in my new vehicle (they NEVER understood I was wanting particular safety features) I just gave up in trying to purchase a car from there. It appears customer service is not a top priority here. Do NOT recommend this Mercedes dealership.

My service advisor suggested I allow greenway Mercedes-Benz to check my breaks because she noticed a squeaking sound and she didn’t think the brakes should be making any noise with the vehicle having, at the time, less than 6000 miles. Because my 2019 G63 also needed a part for another issue we decided to bring the car in to have brakes serviced once the part arrived. Once the brake job was completed I was handed a bill and told Mercedes Benz does not cover brake squeakes.

My Service Advisor is Peter & he’s super nice but the level of keeping my car clean is not up to my standards. I’m a very detailed Guy & I noticed that every time I drop my car off it comes back dirty in the inside. The last time the passenger side was scuffed as well as the carpet was dirty. The exterior wasn’t cleaned either. I used the Collision department a few months ago & I was told several times a promise date & it wasn’t met. No one from the Collision Center informed me! I had to keep calling them. My car windows are not sealed rite so I will eventually have to take it back. I took it back before & the Collision Center said it was the door. Just really disappointed!!!

Found the vehicle I was looking for on-line and was priced 10% less than others in the same year/mileage. Contacted them, and they confirmed price (no-haggle), sent additional pics confirming the condition of the vehicle. I was not in Houston, so couldn't make it to dealer to close until the weekend, but communication was excellent during the week, and was able to come in on Saturday and quickly close on it and drive it home. Great deal, professional staff and very easy transaction. Manny Rodriguez was the sales person - and though he wasn't there on pickup day, he made sure my vehicle was ready to go and all paperwork in order. Would definitely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Houston Greenway for their professional service.

My Service representative is absolutely a ROCKSTAR!!! Jerry Gaggins is the best ever! If it were not for him I would have stopped coming to Greenway long ago, however its our personal relationship built with him over the years that has singlehandly maintained our business. My complaint is in regards to your PHONE SYSTEM. Its is trash!!! How can you expect someone to make a service appointment when the automated phone system asks if you want the Service Department then once you select that prompt the phone rings then disconnects. EVERYTIME!!! It took 4 tries to get a actual human being to make my service appointment. Thank goodness I have Jerry's direct number now. Will NEVER go through your switchboard again! BTW- The operators were great once I did get through.

I have been going to MB Greenway for years. Kevin Graves is my service manager - great job! Always helpful - suggests options, doesn’t push unnecessary services on you! I did have a problem with trying to book an apt. This last time! It was a mess - apparently since Auto Nation has bought them they have rerouted all service calls to a central center - I was on hole for over 45 minutes. Then I used there option to receive a call back. A hour later I realized that no one had called back. So I called again and once again on hold, after 30 minutes I got in my car and went over there - still on hold - I found the service manager - Chuck - so nice, great guy and help! While still on hold with that stupid music playing he took car of my issues. He apologized and said they are trying to fix the issues. Not calling again! Just going over there!

I bought my car at Mercedes Greenway and had a fabulous experience with salesman Manny… so I wanted to give them my business when it was time to service my 2020 E350. Horrible, just horrible. I called to make my appt on a Friday and set the service date for that following Monday- the receptionist stated that she would send me an email with the details.. I repeated my email address twice and never received the email. I love and die with my calendar and because I was not sure of the time, I called Monday AM to verify time. My husband dropped off the car and they did not have a loaner notated for me and they were arguing with my husband.. who waits for 4 hours??? Finally the service tech called me and said he would take care of him. I also wanted them to check the Bluetooth speaker and he stated that it would probably take an additional day, I told him it was fine- no problem, let’s just get it fixed. It was Thursday PM and I had not heard from them, I called and they said it was ready. Really?!? Can they not call me?? I picked it up, the kids working the service valet area have no clue what service means.. they pointed and said go down there to pay. I got to the area and they were all talking among themselves about someone’s birthday ..the man who checked me out said .. no charge and handed me some papers and turned around. I walked back to the area and another man came and said, can I see ur paperwork, ran off and someone else brought me my car and asked me again for the paperwork, removed the paper mat and started walking off.. I guess the look on my face was a bit off because I was so appalled at their lack of friendliness, professionalism or plain courtesy, he said - do you need something else. I just got into my car and drove off. I live in Cypress so this is certainly a long drive.. again I felt that I would be treated with the same level of service as I was when I purchased the car.. no, not at all. As I was driving down the highway on 290, a car drove up beside me and was trying to flag me down and pointed towards my hood and was mouthing- it’s open.. it’s open! I looked down and realized that it was indeed not latched correctly. Zoomed across 4 lanes of traffic and exited so I could secure the hood. I took a pic and text it to my service person names Javier- he called me and I went off on him. How does something like this happen - I could have been in an accident or caused one, but what can he do or say that would change my experience. I will never be back- horrible horrible service!

I have worked with Patrick on two occasions, the first time by chance. He listened to me about my tire needing air every couple of weeks when the Mercedes in Sugar Land did not. He ended up finding a very small shard of metal in the tire and immediately helped me replace it. He’s been extremely helpful and I will continue to request to work with him. Also, he didn’t ask me if I needed to call my dad to ask him if it was ok when I was asked to consider a repair. My daddy doesn’t pay my bills. My full time job does. I’ll never go back to the Sugar Land location.

This dealership is not a good place to bring your car in for service if you can avoid it. I went their recently with my 2017 E-class and the service department was disorganized at intake. Their prices are stupid expensive (a regular 25K mile service costs close to $1,000). One of the things we brought the car in for was a state inspection and they failed to do it, even though we specifically asked for it and made a big deal about providing proof of insurance. And nobody called me when the car was ready - I had to call at the end of the day to find out if it was ready because I hadn’t heard anything all day. There just is no good reason to bring you car here, particularly if the car isn’t going in for warranty service.

I took my 2013 GLK in for service at Mercedes Greenway. I was thoroughly disappointed when I got my car back. Below is why I did NOT receive their much lauded JD Power ‘dealer excellence customer experience’. 1. The service techs left an actual car part in my drink holder. 2. They also took the contents of my glove compartment & dumped it in the back seat. They didn’t bother to put all the contents back. 3. My car was not washed. Each service is suppose to receive a complimentary car wash but apparently my car was the exception. 4. Additionally, service in the valet area was lacking. I arrived to pick up my car & waited several minutes to be attended. After no one came over to help me, I went to ask a young man that pointed me on the direction of the invoice/payment counter. This level of customer service from Mercedes Benz Greenway is unacceptable. It is upsetting to feel like you & your vehicle do not matter. If that’s the case then my business for service & sales can be taken elsewhere. I will let my family, friends & neighbors know that Mercedes Benz Greenway is no longer a viable option for sales or service. Mercedes Benz Greenway has a less than stellar reputation with me now. My loyalty can go elsewhere.

My experience purchasing a new Mercedes felt like I was working with a trusted friend. The words: Patience; Valuable insight; Honest dealings; and Comfortable best describe the way I felt. When I was building my car and selecting the options, My Sales Advisor, Laszlo Koncsek, provided valuable insight into which configurations would best preserve the vehicle re-sale value (e.g. adding the interior lighting option). Patiently, he explained the features and how they worked. When the issue of pricing came up, he was very straightforward and transparent. There were no hidden costs, padded costs, or unfairly priced options (such as the extended warranty or GAPO insurance). In short, I felt comfortable. There was no sales pressure and his helpfulness, combined with his congenial personality made the experience feel as though I was working with a trusted friend. From start to finish, it was a superb experience.

My visit was for scheduled maintenance which always makes me anxious as generally something is found that needs to be repaired and is costly. Instead, all went very well and the estimate was near $700 less than predicted. They did a very good job. The service manager was (and always has been) excellent. My only complaint - which is repeated with every visit - is that when they clean the car upon finishing they almost always leave behind marks from shoe soles.

Mo was very helpful in the price negotiations as well. I also received exceptional support from various managers when I asked for a different tire type. Everyone worked to find a solution and I walked away a very satisfied customer. In the future when I am ready for a new Mercedes AMG I will definitely come back to this dealership and ask for Mo.

I took my car in for a possible problem with the engine. It turned out to be a completely minor issue. They thoroughly checked my car, washed it and made it sparkling clean, and did not charge me anything. The service people are unfailingly polite and prompt.

Had a great experience with Omar Ali, Even though the first car selected the bank didnt want to play ball. I selected two other vehicles, and the cars were sold right after i test drove them. But im very patent and so was Omar. I finally selected a 3rd car and that was the car i drove home in. Outstanding sales person.
