I bought a 2014 BMW from Mercedes-Benz of Houston Greenway. Once I put a deposit down, it took a little over a week to get the car ready. Driving it home I noticed a smell. It had an oil leak that was leaking onto the exhaust system. It was very noticeable after a while. It also has a rattle in the engine bay associated with the air conditioning. Finally, the tires are directional. The rear tires were installed backwards. In an area known for heavy rain this could be very bad. I believe that either they missed all of these issues, and if so, what does that say about their maintenance? Or, they knew about them and sold the car to me anyway. They might not be under any obligation to report these issues, but what does that say about a dealership if this is how they do business? I would avoid this dealership at all costs.

The sales man is very bad in his customer service. The sales manager cannot reach, and he didn't care about his customer. Their are 2 errors on my cars, and they promised to fix it, but they didn't and let me pay on that. Never come back again and not recommend this dealer for any one. Dropped my vehicle off for a rim repair, was initially told by several dealerships this would be an overnight process as the rims are sent out for 3rd party repairs, to my surprise the process takes 2 days instead of the overnight process I was told by several different Mercedes Service Departments. So lets begin.. I was not offered a loaner vehicle.. even though I was given misinformation in regards to length of repair. I dropped the vehicle off after work, and had no means of transportation to home, I was informed that a shuttle could take me 15 miles.. max distance!! Unfortunately I lived 20 miles from the dealership. I was told by the dealership when they calculated my mileage to my home.. they could only take me 15 miles, and could I find a destination within a 15 mile radius. I was completely disappointed at this point.. and just wanted to get home. I was dropped off at a Grocery Store (exactly 15 miles) and called an Uber to transport me the remainder of the way. This really didn?t sit right with me.. being new to Mercedes Benz ( 3 months)and driving one of the flagship vehicles, the AMG GT. The repair was completed and it was time for pick up. Prior to picking my vehicle up.. I received a ? collision detection? notification that informed me my car was damaged in some way and also gave the location of the damages. I immediately called the service advisor and informed him of the notification I received. He then informed me to ?disregard? the notification stating that sometimes the message/notification center delivers incorrect information. I became concerned at this point. The service advisor was very dismissive towards my concerns and assured me the vehicle wasn?t in any type Of collision. I took delivery of my vehicle and later the same day. while getting a hand wash to my vehicle. I noticed damage to the area, that the crash notification alerted me to. I then called the service advisor to discuss the matter more.. I sent pictures as well. He informed me he would review the initial photos to the new images I had sent and would follow-up. This was the 18th of May, tomorrow is the 29th day of May!! I have no more patience at this point. I never expected this type of treatment from a luxury auto brand.. from the dropping off at a Grocery Store, to the lack of follow-up on my damage vehicle concerns. This is not a good start.. to Mercedes Benz ownership.. I will escalate this matter to the highest until my concerns are addressed and resolved. I?ve never received this type of treatment or expected this from such a prestigious brand.. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!

Unbelievable, won’t get my car back again ever in this location, I’ve getting some issue with my car as it brand new had the warranty, I dropped it, no one call me for update, I did call back after 3 day asking about it, they’ve told me it’s haven’t been checked yet! For 3 days my car been sitting there like we don’t have any work to do! Although they wouldn’t get me a loaner car because I do not have a ( us driving licenses ) in fact the policy says it’s required to have a valid driving license which I do have! nothing mention that must be a US driving license!, No clue what’s going on wasting time the worst costumer service.

Regular scheduled service and tire change - everything was completed professionally and in a timely manner. No loaner car was available but it was not a problem. The only disappointing thing was I purchased both Appearance and Dent Protection (cost of $2,200) and the dent/chip in my quarter panel was NOT COVERED. Seems like a lot of money to have a small repair denied. I will tell everyone I know what a RIP OFF this protection is and hope AutoNation will stop dealing with these people and no longer offer this BOGUS protection with their vehicles.

recently got my car here. and while there were some hiccups here and there, nestor and donald worked with me and everything worked out in the end. i do however wish the staffs was a bit more responsive, proactive and paid attention to details. got my other benz at the other location in the city and that one is perfect and exceptional. and so comparing to that one i normally go to, i feel like this location could improve on so many things starting on the customer service. all the people i encountered either look like they dont want to work there or respond as if you are annoying them. so it's surprising when they promise their clients for the best customer satisfaction etc. for example ever since we got the car, the entire time thought we had a wheel lock on our tires and so we were reaching out to see if we can get the keys. had to call and email back and forth about how the service team needs to check the car and then they can make a new one etc ... didnt get the keys for over two weeks then we learned today that there is no wheel lock on the car.. feel like this shouldve been addressed to us that there isnt one when we asked about the key rather than us having to find out at the service dept. it shouldve be on the specs sheet which we didnt get, but i know salespeople have access to. the store itself is clean and lounge is decent and spacious. they dont offer complimentary car wash here btw. when you call their #, the automated robot gives you choices to choose and it's difficult to reach an actual person to talk to. it's the best to have your salesperson's direct phone number or you might struggle getting ahold of a person. happened to me multiple times! i personally wouldnt get my next benz here altho this is the closest one near me. just cuz the whole process has been very disorganized and it gave unreliable vibes.

Compre mi vehiculo en Autonation y cuando Compre obtuve el Paquete de 6 cambio de aceite y rotacion de llantas. Como mi carro es Europeo me sugirienron hacerle servicio en La Mercedes Benz Houston Greenway. Llego el día de mi servicio lleve mi porsche y lo deje todo el día allí, cuando lo fui a retirar me dijeron que no había podido hacerle el servicio porque había traido el filtro de aceite errado así que no le hicieron servicio. Tuve q agendar otra vez el servicio para el siguiente sábado y perfecto llego el sábado entrego mi auto a las 11:30 am estuvo listo hasta las 4:30, cuando lo Retiro me doy cuenta que el nivel del aceite no esta en el nivel más alto. Se lo comunique a mi asesor Ernesto y me dijo que no me preocupara que todo estaba bien. Cuando llegue a mi casa me apareció una advertencia de que a mi motor le faltaba 1 qt de aceite entero y no resetiaron la luz de servicio. Estoy muy Molesto porque siento me están estafando ya que no le colocaron la cantidad correcta que dice el manual de mi auto. Yo no pague menos cuando Compre el Paquete de servicios. Siempre que vayan verifiquen que si les están poniendo la cantidad de aceite que le cobran.

After an internet search for a particular type of vehicle, we walked in cold to MB Greenway, where we found David Griffin right inside the front door. He greeted us with a friendly smile and a few hours later we drove away in our beautiful "new-to-us" '22 GLC 300. David was warm, professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was also very patient in explaining the newer systems to a couple of "boomers." Trey Barber in finance was also very helpful and personable as he walked us through the paperwork. Here is a less extensive summary/review: I recently had an experience at the car dealership that left me disappointed and frustrated. Despite the dealership being a well-known luxury brand, I felt that they did not prioritize the needs of their customers or provide the expected level of service. The salespeople at the dealership were not as attentive as I had experienced at other car dealerships. They did not walk around with us or make us feel valued during the car buying process. Additionally, when I encountered issues with the paperwork, the dealership did not provide helpful solutions, and I was left to figure things out on my own. My frustration reached a peak when I purchased a car from the dealership, and it had mechanical problems almost immediately. The dealership was not able to fix the issue, and I felt like they were not taking my concerns seriously. The lack of attention to customer service and support ultimately caused me to back out of the purchase, and I have yet to receive a refund. Here is a more extensive review: it really felt like the dealership didn’t care for the needs of the customer and provide service at the expected level. When we bought cars at Nissan, Infinity, Toyota, etc., the sales people walked around with us all the time, we were given beverages, and they made us feel like we were in it together by negotiating prices and making sure we were getting the best possible deal. We had always kept Mercedes at the upper echelon of luxury and expected service to exceed that of those other companies; however, it was far worse. Here, however, it felt like the sales people gave a sense of it doesn’t matter to them if we buy the car or not since it’s gonna get sold anyways. We still continued on to the purchase considering how well branded this company has always been and still had some faith in its luxury. We definitely felt something a little weird when we found problems like hey we don’t have a working printer here, can you sign this form that we are sending you via email and when I opened the email it wasn’t even the original pdf, it looked like a scanned paper from CamScanner or something that was emailed. I had to get these forms as I was out of state and they asked me to complete all the forms on paper so they sent over a FedEx package and a notary, which apparently at the end, wasn’t even completely signed. This process took way too many signatures for absolutely no reason (this was really frustrating), if I’m buying a flight ticket I don’t sign 30 pieces of paper, if I’m buying a bike I don’t sign 30 pieces of paper, etc. I found out by phone that I had to go through the process of signing again but this time I have to print the sheets myself (I don’t have access to a printer) and give it to a FedEx office (the nearest one is 5 miles away and I don’t have a vehicle). All of these issues could’ve been avoided had someone told me early on, I could just e-sign - which would be a lot better documented on both our parts (I was told I had the option to e-sign after signing on physical paper the first time and because I already signed on paper, they said that the banks “require a wet signature” - what kind of a bank are we talking about? There isn’t a single bank that I’ve worked with that required a “wet signature” for opening accounts, getting loans, etc. All of this had gotten me to lose a lot of trust in the company but I still went through with the purchase. Once processed and my family retrieved the car, before they even reached home the “Check Engine/Check Oil” Light was on, they immediately brought it back and no one at the dealership seemed to be able to fix it. All I’m hearing from a sales person is that he “guarantees” it’s not a problem, what guarantee? If this car were to just break down in the middle of the road, are we supposed to say hey, the sales person said that the vehicle would be good? At that point I was completely done and backed out of everything, I had no trust to begin with and the vehicle was showing problems. I still haven’t received a single dollar in refund (takes literally seconds for money to get authorized and taken by the company but to return it’s been about 2 weeks with no avail)

I could have chosen anywhere to purchase from. The ONLY reason I did purchase here was simply the fact they had the inventory with low mileage. The salesperson, whom had the easier sale of her life, was very short with me. I had to ask her SEVERAL times to answer questions that I had. When she responded, it was NEVER with answers to my questions. They shipped the car with a broken back license plate mount with my VIN number on it. I have emailed and text the rep, who I now know is on a family emergency. I get that. Where is the rest of the dealership? Where is the representative who called ME and upon explaining my situation was told would call me back only to never be called back. I would NOT recommend this place if you are wanting good customer service. Their boss called during the process and I called them back to let them know all of this only to NOT have my call returned by him either. This is the most neglectful dealership. I don't mind they don't even haggle but I never had to meet in person and I CAME TO HER. She just had the easiest sale of her life. I should have went some place else. I am beyond dumbfounded, being in sales myself. I would NEVER ever treat someone in this manner. She just wanted her commission I am sure. If you want honest, good, professional customer service, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. If you don't mind giving your money to those who feel entitled, go here. OH AND WE PAID CASH so they didn't even deal with financing. SIMPLEST SALE OF YOUR LIFE!!!!!

I had a bad experience from my visit today. First of all I had an appointment, and no body was there to help me or take care of my needs and I had to go to the manager and look for an available person. Second, I had a car that I was suppose to buy and all of the sudden the car was sold before I get there and nobody bothered himself to notify me that the car was sold. Given that I live 35 -45 mins away from the dealership. Overall I was so disappointed. Thank you for your indifference.

I visited Greenway & I wasn?t very pleased with the service I received. My associate was pleasant but I felt she tried to push a wheel alignment on me because it wasn?t covered in my service package. I had the exact same car for 4 years & never needed a wheel alignment. This car is only 6 months old & on its 1st service, we need a wheel alignment. Something smells fishy. The young lady in the loaner car department wasn?t very pleasant at all. 1st she tried to skip me in line & help another customer but was immediately straightened out by another employee. After that she was really dry & didn?t have much to say.

I had an excellent sales experience with Stephany two weeks ago. She heard my needs and wishes and was able to provide that to me. She was the first female sales person I have worked with, which as a female myself, made me feel a lot more comfortable. It was also the quickest sales process I have been through before, which might be due to visiting on a Monday and not on the weekend. My car - CLS550, was at Mercedes-Benz of Houston Greenway On April 12, 2023, for ‘Diagnosis for Trunk Issue.’ Based on the information prior to the drop-off, I was informed that it was very likely an electrical/wiring issue. When I left the car at the dealership for a “Diagnosis”, my understanding was that your technician will explore the problem and tell me exactly what the nature of the problem was, and which wires needed to be repaired or replaced! However, when I picked up the car the next day, I was charged $279.88 and informed that there is a ‘Wiring Issue”, without any specific information as to which wires needed to be repaired/replaced!! When I asked the Service Representative to give me an estimate of repair, I was told that it would cost me $1274 for them to explore further and give me a firm estimate!! I called the Service Manager, and left 3 messages in his voicemail, but he never returned my calls! SHAMEFUL AND ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! I will never return to this dealership for a future purchase or repairs.

This dealership has the WORSE Customer Service I have ever seen for someone that is giving them money. They Don’t answer the phones. The front desk does nothing but hang up on you or puts you on hold so they can play or chat in the background. The sales people here have NO CLUE what they are doing as well as some of the Finance Managers. They say they thrive on Customer service but I know FIRST HAND they DO NOT. I brought a $100k vehicle from them and can’t even get someone on the phone to assist me when I need help. This dealership is probably the WORSE MB dealership in Houston. So if you want to be called and yelled at or accosted by their salesman, be on hold for an hr or more or plan hung up on, then this is the dealership for you. But as for me I will be taking my business to a MB dealership that will treat me with respect and courtesy because this one is NOT it.

Came for manufacture recall inspection. I was initially told the tech would do a quick multiple-points inspection in addition to the recall issue inspection but when I received a report it was clear the tech didn’t do it. Told Jairo and he made sure to get that done. He walked me to the car to show the issue the tech pointed out and gave a common sense answer. Appreciate his knowledge and honesty.

The wait however for much longer than anticipated - 7 hours! The car hadn't been finished the pre-certificate process or detailing. They did fill the gas tank, which was an unexpected blessing.

Service advisors are on commission. This system needs to change to keep them honest. MB should put them on a salary vs. Commission. Pay attention to your invoices and notice that during all service appointments they will find something wrong and or suggest replacements this & that. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Service advisor was prompt to meet me on the service drive. His estimate for the amount of time required for Service "A" on my vehicle was spot on (4-hours). My request to be driven back to my home while mt car was being serviced was handled with much courtesy. Even though this service for being picked up and returned to the dealer had ended an hour prior to my car was ready, my service advisor arranged to have an off duty valet provide this service. g little, Given that service "A" requires very little, it was accommodated satisfactorily and completed with a nice wash.

This is the worst place for a service. They just RIP you off. Be careful before you schedule a service with them. I strongly recommend to check online for the same service at other places. I was charged double the cost close to $1200 where as other places were charging $599 for the same. They sent an email with a quote for $500 but when you get there they surprise you. I had to get it done and not back out as I drove for 3 hours. Never coming back. Everyone else, for service, please check at other places and go and you will definitely save a lot.

Rude staff that SCAMS you!!! It was an easy in and out sale for them which was ruined by their finance department. Sales rep was very helpful but PJ and people from finance department (especially Ali) were absolutely horrible. Autonation should be ashamed of having this dealership under their belt. They have no sense of customer service. They forced us to get our vehicle financed through their bank at an insane amount of interest rate 14.96% and when we asked questions they started yelling and belittled us thinking we don’t know how the system works. We’ve bought 11 cars from autonation in past 6 months. Save your money and stay away from this dealership. They refused to provide us any service. Autonation better address this issue or MB will keep losing clients like they did today.

Took car back again during the last week of my 42 month lease as check engine light was on. This has been an issue for 40 months with no final repair. Dealership handed back vehicle after repair only to have it fail after driving 13 miles. Had to return it back again to see why Check engine light is on again. As it was a warranty repair I am so luck that I have not been billed for all the failed repairs with the issue not yet resolved.

I purchased a new MB last year it came with ceramic coating. IT WAS APPLIED ALREADY I DID NOT ASK FOR THAT BTW. I got some damage in the paint and I need to use warranty now. Called 7 times with 4 voice messages to the warranty manger and no luck. Don’t buy a car out there. Once they sell you the car you will get completely different attitude and treatment.

Walked in ready to purchase a E350/E450 for my mother , however walked out with nothing. I instantly felt disregarded by the receptionist and salesman in the front. My husband and I Hardly walked in and all of the sudden nobody knew what was going on or couldn’t assist us. I had an appointment to drop my car off at Mercedes Benz Greenway. When I arrived I was immediately welcomed by a service advisor, he gathered information, and even noticed that my inspection sticker was going to expire in 30 days. He let me know they could do an inspection to save me time going elsewhere. After giving me a price for the repairs my car needed he guided me to where I would receive a loaner vehicle. That part took less than 3-5 minutes. Within a few hours I received a text that my car would be detailed and ready for pick up. When I arrived I signed paperwork acknowledging the repairs were completed and drove off. The process of getting my car repaired, inspection sticker, and detailed was painless. Very disappointing experience. I don’t think that I’ve ever felt more undervalued as a customer in my entire life. The used vehicle I was purchasing needed the driver’s door repaired. This took a little longer than maybe it should have but that is not the main issue. It was frustrating because my vehicle was totaled, and my rental had expired so I was carless. That being said I was in a hurry and eager to get said vehicle so that part is on me. The disappointing part comes into play based on the take it or leave it attitude of the dealership. This is even from the GM. Here are the main issues I experienced after having taken delivery of the vehicle. 1. I realized that the driver front door mirror did not function properly. Electronically it will not adjust. Part of the mirror is structurally broken as well. I was driving to dinner with my family the day after I picked up the car. I went to change lanes and was startled by a car honking at me that I didn't realize was there because I cannot adjust the mirror. This is definitely a safety hazard. 2. The driver side headlight was replaced. I soon realized that the passenger side daytime running light did not work. This is internally in the headlight assembly. It is not simply a bulb or light that can be replaced. It requires a whole new headlight. At least to my knowledge. 3. Here’s where it gets a little shady. This vehicle is a big 4 door SUV. It has moldings/trim on each door that protect from door dings and such. As I mentioned earlier the driver door needed repair and the molding on that door was damaged and needed replacement. Instead of replacing the one molding on the driver front door. They decided to not replace that molding and to remove the molding on the other 3 doors. Of course, I was not made aware of this money saving corner cutting move at all. It was totally a scenario where they likely thought I wouldn’t notice. I live 3 hours away from this dealership. The suggestion from the sales manager is that I drop off the vehicle so he could “repair” said issues. Not sure how you repair daytime running lights that are physically in the headlight. Also, I’m no expert but I don’t think you can replace the motor in a power mirror. Not to mention there is structural damage on the mirror assembly as well. I’m sure this was part of whatever accident occurred for the door to need repair. It certainly should have been caught by the recon department. Or they were looking to save money/cut corners hoping I wouldn’t notice...who knows! Mercedes Greenway has a 5 day return policy. It was the suggestion by both the sales manager and GM that I exercise this policy and return the vehicle. One problem with that. I’d been waiting on the vehicle to be ready for roughly 10-12 days. I ordered new wheels and tires that were waiting to be installed after I picked it up. I already had a buyer for the wheels/tires that I was taking off so they're gone. I also had the windows tinted the same day I picked it up. So returning the car doesn’t seem like a option at this point. Through this experience one thing has become painfully clear. If you are buying a new Mercedes from this dealership they will treat you like a king. An average Joe buying a used vehicle...not so much!

December 16, 2022 I had an oil change at Greenway. While there I decided to have my windshield wipers replaced. When they were finished I paid for my truck and left. On February 17th I went to Discount Tires to get a flat fixed. The Discount Tire agent asked, if I wanted my rear windshield wiper replaced? I declined since I had paid Greenway to replace my wipers. February 20th, I returned to Greenway and spoke to my service advisor and told him the rear wiper wasn't replaced. We went to the parts department to get a rear wiper, but it was out of stock and had to be ordered. So I had to make another trip to the dealership on Saturday, February 25th, to have my rear wiper replaced. My question is why wasn't I told in December the rear wiper wasn't replaced? Although I was charged for three wipers replacement. The service advisor acted like this was no big deal. He didn't offer an explanation or apology. It's a big deal to me my confidence is Greenway doing the work is gone. 03/13/23; Phone rings & rings no answer.

Service and parts were not upfront about the charges or the time it would take to reprogram key. After I made the service advisor aware I was not interested in any other services and was in a hurry he still did a walk through on car and came back with all sorts of suggestions of additional service to sell me. I have had the same vent problem for more than I month. First time, I was told that they upgraded it. Took car home and it worked for a few days. I called and had an appointment to take it back. I started getting emails from warranty company asking me to purchase extended warranty before bringing car back for repair which I refused because I had the 50,000 miles warranty. Second time my advisor was nice but someone else was playing these games but they claimed they did this and that but nothing was done. Two days after picking up the car, same problem continued. When I called back, it looked like they want to continue the same game until I hit 50,000 mileage when my warranty runs out then they ask me to pay to change the vent system.

My experience has not been satisfactory with Service department, one main issue and important one I have had with service department is lack of quality check after each repair which in the past has costed me extra expenses and time by bringing the car back for further repairs. Another issue is lack of trust by service staff personnel and the customer, which is a huge concern. My recommendation to friends would be with caution.

Overall a very negative experience. I brought my car in to have a check engine light looked at. Not once was I called by Mercedes to update me on the status of my car. The service department never answered nor returned my calls. I was only able to reach them by calling a different department and requesting to be transferred. I'm not really sure what the point of having a service advisor assigned to you is if they fail to answer calls or return messages. Each day I called I was assured that it would definitely be ready the following day. After 5 days I was finally able to get my car back which was extremely inconvenient since they had no loaner cars available during this time. Thankfully the service was covered by my warranty seeing as I ended up spending hundreds on Lyft and eventually just paying to get a rental.

I have been shopping at Mercedes Benz of Houston Greenway since 2007. In 2007 I bought a new SLK from them that lasted me 12 years. I would still be driving it, if I had not been caught in the 2019 flood. During those 12 years it was serviced by the same service advisor Jay Kohn. In January 2023, I purchased a 300 C Cabriolet. The purchase was done over email with Remus Bulmer. Remus was very professional and he didn't waste my time. I hate going to dealership and spending hours there. Remus understood that and he had my car ready for pick up, when I finally showed up. The entire sale would have been process in 30 minutes, except my bank took 45 minutes to wire the money to the dealership. I guess when you get to be 60, the bank assumes any large purchase have to be a mistake on my part or I have been scammed. For my next purchase I will use a cashiers check. I highly recommend Greenway and Remus Bulmer, if you are in the market for a Mercedes Benz.

Went in to purchase a used car. The sales man would not negotiate on the price at all. When we were leaving he had to call his manager over to "thank us for coming in." All the general manager did was talk down to us. He told us that we were not allowed to use outside financing and had to use their financing right now. On top of that he basically told me I knew nothing about how buying a car works and that I needed to do whatever he was telling me to do. Overall, a very scummy dealership that tries to berate and belittle you into purchasing a vehicle from them. Stay far away.

I must start out that this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable car purchase I have done to date. Not only is David prompt and professional, he went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I purchased was in pristine condition on delivery day. He took into consideration some upcoming maintenance work that were not part of the initial agreement, but had them worked out anyway so I was driving away in a wonderful used SUV and wouldn't have to worry sometime down the road. I never would have ever thought about going to Mercedes-Benz dealership to buy a Ford Explorer but that’s what happened. The sales person Don Morales was awesome. He made us feel right at home and made the process of buying very smooth. When we got to Donald in finance it was almost like my brother was taking care of us, made us feel like part of the family. No high pressure I felt as though every decision I made was actually my decision. My only complaint at all was the length of time it took to make everything come together from start to finish was about 5 1/2 hours. But in defense of the dealership I used to be in car sales for Autonation 24 years ago and I still do not know how to cut that time down because of all the elements involved. I have been getting my car serviced here for years and while the service is usually good (still is), this time felt more like a sales pitch and it made it hard to determine what my car actually needed and what were just service and sales add-ones. I needed the Service A completed but my service manager had a list of three different levels for different prices and I had to pick which one my car needed. My car has 18k miles and has already had a new set of tires and I was told one tire wouldn’t pass the start inspection so I should replace all 4 for $2,400 and I had to pay for an alignment of the new tires because that’s not included. I like Greenway and in the past always felt that they took good care of me but this time may make me think twice about future services.

Update- they give you hard time when you have issues with car. They transfer calls from one department to another and don’t want to help the client. I went there for low tire pressure they didn’t both to check the issue and just filled the air. Now the tire pressure is 6 and they don’t wanna respond or help. Saying it will take atleast 2 days to get it repaired. When I am asking for concerned department they are just transferring from main office to service and service center is not picking call. Wish I had not switched from BMW to Mercedes. Biggest mistake. Never had flat tire issue with BMW. ___old review____ We had the best experience at Mercedes-Benz of Houston Greenway. There are several Mercedes dealerships to choose from in Houston area. So do yourself a huge favor and avoid Mercedes-Benz of Houston-Greenway at all costs. Unless, of course, you're a huge fan of abysmal service quality. Mercedes-Benz touts their high customer satisfaction and ownership experience, and you'll find this at MB Woodlands (in my experience), and other MB dealerships, I'm sure. Unfortunately it appears the crew at Houston-Greenway missed that day when Mercedes told everyone what good service is supposed to look like. You should expect better from a Mercedes dealership, and you won't find better at Greenway. I walked in ready to buy. Saw the car, liked it, agreed to pay the asking price. Easy sale...in and out in two hours. The finance clerk, however, insisted that I was either required to listen to her entire 12-minute sales pitch on the extended warranty I didn't want, or I could be made to go sit in the lobby while she set a 12-minute timer because AutoNation requires each customer to sit through a 12-minute sales pitch prior to purchasing a car. It was hands-down the most childish, insulting ultimatum I've ever received in an auto purchase transaction (or nearly anywhere, really). They had to remove her and assign an alternate clerk just to get the sale done. Inexplicably, the service after the sale was even worse. I purchased a CPO car which was supposed to been reconditioned to Mercedes standards before delivery. I found a couple areas of cosmetic damage they'd skipped on or flat out ignored. It was abundantly clear these were old items of damage, one of which was clearly made by someone attempting to mount or dismount a roof rack, causing a dent in the car. Per Mercedes CPO inspection checklist item 150, dents dings and scratches are to be repaired prior to certification. I found time to bring the car back to the dealership to have them rectify the missed items and return the car to the CPO standards with which it should have left the dealership. The sales manager tried to insist that it was impossible for them to have missed any reconditioning, immediately pleading ignorance and insisting I must have caused the damage myself (which, given the nature of the damage and my short time of ownership, is patently absurd), and that not only would he not help me in any way, but that no one at Mercedes-Benz Houston Greenway, AutoNation, or anyone at Mercedes-Benz USA would help me either. At no point in time did the sales manager even attempt to find a solution to my situation. He simply deny responsibility and worked to usher me out of their dealership as quickly as possible. Fortunately this sales manager was incorrect, and Mercedes-Benz USA has opened a case for me to rectify Houston-Greenway's mistake. But the fact that I've now had to elevate the issue to the US corporate HQ of the manufacturer simply to ensure that the CPO product I purchased meets the minimum expected standards is a clear indication of the customer service and leadership failures at the Houston-Greenway dealership. Of all the possible avenues the sales manager could have taken to help rectify my problem, his choice was to immediately place the blame on me, insist there was nothing he could do, and ignore my request for assistance. He could have put me in touch with the service department, the folks that do the CPO work, he could have even referred me to Mercedes-Benz themselves if he was incapable of handling it. But instead he chose to point fingers at the customer; someone who'd just spent tens of thousands of dollars in his dealership just days before, who simply expected to receive the quality product which Mercedes-Benz assures CPO customers they will receive. That does not meet the service standard of a Mercedes dealership. They do get two stars instead of one, since despite all of their antics, I really do like the car.

I had an excellent experience with my sales person Patel at the Mercedes-Benz Greenway location in Houston Texas. I originally went in the dealership by myself and looked around at the cars on the outside. On that day, I did not want to be harassed by any sales persons. I was just browsing the parking lot. I went back in again on another day by myself and Patel was my sales person. I felt very relaxed with him as myself being a female there by myself. He explained things very thoroughly to me. We went over the quote and he allowed me time with no harassment to think about what I wanted to do. He offered suggestions and he listened to me. This was a huge plus for me because I was there talking about purchasing a car as a female by myself. I left and came back a third time but, this time with my parents, My parents thought as well as myself that he is an excellent sales person. On the day of delivery of the car, my dad was with me. Everything went smoothly with not one hiccup. I would definitely recommend him as a sales person to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Mercedes Benz.

There are several Mercedes dealerships to choose from in Houston area. So do yourself a huge favor and avoid Mercedes-Benz of Houston-Greenway at all costs. Unless, of course, you're a huge fan of abysmal service quality. Mercedes-Benz touts their high customer satisfaction and ownership experience, and you'll find this at MB Woodlands (in my experience), and other MB dealerships, I'm sure. Unfortunately it appears the crew at Houston-Greenway missed that day when Mercedes told everyone what good service is supposed to look like. You should expect better from a Mercedes dealership, and you won't find better at Greenway. I walked in ready to buy. Saw the car, liked it, agreed to pay the asking price. Easy sale...in and out in two hours. The finance clerk, however, insisted that I was either required to listen to her entire 12-minute sales pitch on the extended warranty I didn't want, or I could be made to go sit in the lobby while she set a 12-minute timer because AutoNation requires each customer to sit through a 12-minute sales pitch prior to purchasing a car. It was hands-down the most childish, insulting ultimatum I've ever received in an auto purchase transaction (or nearly anywhere, really). They had to remove her and assign an alternate clerk just to get the sale done. Inexplicably, the service after the sale was even worse. I purchased a CPO car which was supposed to been reconditioned to Mercedes standards before delivery. I found a couple areas of cosmetic damage they'd skipped on or flat out ignored. It was abundantly clear these were old items of damage, one of which was clearly made by someone attempting to mount or dismount a roof rack, causing a dent in the car. Per Mercedes CPO inspection checklist item 150, dents dings and scratches are to be repaired prior to certification. I found time to bring the car back to the dealership to have them rectify the missed items and return the car to the CPO standards with which it should have left the dealership. The sales manager tried to insist that it was impossible for them to have missed any reconditioning, immediately pleading ignorance and insisting I must have caused the damage myself (which, given the nature of the damage and my short time of ownership, is patently absurd), and that not only would he not help me in any way, but that no one at Mercedes-Benz Houston Greenway, AutoNation, or anyone at Mercedes-Benz USA would help me either. At no point in time did the sales manager even attempt to find a solution to my situation. He simply deny responsibility and worked to usher me out of their dealership as quickly as possible. Fortunately this sales manager was incorrect, and Mercedes-Benz USA has opened a case for me to rectify Houston-Greenway's mistake. But the fact that I've now had to elevate the issue to the US corporate HQ of the manufacturer simply to ensure that the CPO product I purchased meets the minimum expected standards is a clear indication of the customer service and leadership failures at the Houston-Greenway dealership. Of all the possible avenues the sales manager could have taken to help rectify my problem, his choice was to immediately place the blame on me, insist there was nothing he could do, and ignore my request for assistance. He could have put me in touch with the service department, the folks that do the CPO work, he could have even referred me to Mercedes-Benz themselves if he was incapable of handling it. But instead he chose to point fingers at the customer; someone who'd just spent tens of thousands of dollars in his dealership just days before, who simply expected to receive the quality product which Mercedes-Benz assures CPO customers they will receive. That does not meet the service standard of a Mercedes dealership. They do get two stars instead of one, since despite all of their antics, I really do like the car.

The experience was okay. Had some issues with estimates in the very beginning, it was able to get resolved. Was told one price by the parts and labor department then when I arrived and dropped my vehicle off the service advisor gave me a different price that far exceeded what I was quoted for. She got in contact with the parts department and honored 95% of what was quoted. Was quoted $295.00 initially for a battery she came back with a price of $310.00. The mishap was she sent me a text for two different prices, $377.99 and $408.00 a few hours later after I drop my car off. Long story short it was resolved. They were able to get me in without an appointment that was a plus. The overall staff when arrived and departed was friendly, the cashier not so much, I assume that she was annoyed because I was asking her questions in regards to the bill. Overall it was an okay experience.

Quickest repair in history! Had a bad rear rattle at 20,000 miles. Made appointment to check it out. Got loaner car. Turned out to be a bad rear shock and it was replaced and I was back at the dealership in less than 90 minutes. Loaner car has less than 3 miles on it!!! My disappointment is with the service department at the dealership. I’ve taken my car to them approximately five times in the last eight months and every time they say nothing is wrong and I’m still dealing with the same issue. I would no longer deal with this dealerships service department due to the fact they’re in adequate. I should’ve known when I had to wait an hour and 10 minutes for them to bring me my vehicle back so that I can get something I left out of here that was my side to take my vehicle and go to another dealership. My most annoying point deal with this dealership on the previous service that I picked my vehicle up from on Saturday was the fact they told me nothing was wrong with my back right tire and my back right tire is still reading loud and I’ve had to go put air in it you shouldn’t have to put air in a new vehicle Tire once a week and it’s not because of the cold air pressure is just low when is getting lower. The next time my car needs service and I’m going to deal with one of the two dealerships that are close to my home due to the fact I’m very displeased with that service that I have received from this dealership so hopefully the right person will get this information and will Contact me till six with your service advisor Jay didn’t do. I am really disappointing and I will not be coming back to the dealership again.

Worst new car buying experience possible. I ordered my car and specifically requested on multiple occasions to have AC front seats added to my build. In fact, it was my ONLY request. The salesperson MOE Al Fawriya assured us that our car will come with AC seats as part of the premium package. After we finished my build, I asked yet again, if my car will include the AC front seats and only after I was assured by Moe that the order form included it, I agreed to sign on the order. When it got here, I took the car home only to find out I am now stuck with a car that DOES NOT have the one feature I wanted most. The ONLY feature I cared about. Also, throughout the car ordering process, I found the email responses from Moe to be highly unprofessional. Examples; When asking for an updated ETA date he responded "Hopefully, we’ll see it soon". When asking if they offer window tinting he said "No we don’t have tint guy here" I responded asking if he could recommend someone. He said "i don't have anyone but search google see which one high review around your area".... Not the service I expect from such a reputable brand. I feel scammed!!! Please do yourself a favor and purchase your Mercedes Benz from ANY other dealership in town.

We have been using this dealership for several years. I have taken our last two Mercedes Benz to them for service, so I am assuming that this is a one off. We took the car in to get an estimate on repair for AC damage from a road hazard. due to the damage we could not get a loaner so we had to reschedule for about two weeks later we were given one price at that time to do the evaluation to figure out what was going on. We brought the car back approximately two weeks later, they had it all day, and the price kept changing in text communications between the service rep and my wife. The car needed and A service, rear brakes, and repairs to the AC and radiator. At one point the estimate given verbally was just under $7000 but we could not get them to send us anything in writing so we told them we would take the car elsewhere. Without us signing/consenting or knowing the total price or included services, they did the $1600 A service. The service manager agreed that since we did not sign anything, nor have detailed information to make an informed decision that they were not going to charge us for the service as it was a premature assumption. Throughout that Thursday and Friday I repeatedly asked for the estimate to fix the air conditioning and radiator damage. It never came, and my queries were ignored so we picked up the car Friday afternoon. The following Monday we finally received an estimate for the AC and radiator repair. The document was created that morning, not the previous week. When the car was there the revised combine pricing was just over $4000; significantly lower than the nearly $7000 they have been quoted over the phone Have they provided us with estimates and accurate information we would have had the service completed there. But since they would not provide the detailed information and actual costs in advance, we took our business elsewhere. Based on our history with them, we know that this is NOT typical of them and the staff from the top down were very helpful and understanding? With the exception of providing estimates with real dollar amounts..

I was very disappointed with my service this time. I went in to have a stuck seatbelt repaired. I was told that a part needed to be ordered that would take several days to arrive. I inquired about a loaner car and was told that none were available. Thus - I returned to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle and reaching my next destination, I realized that Mercedes Greenway had left my backseat completely disassembled, complete with tools on the floorboard and disassembled seat. I had to pay for alternate transportation for my passengers and drive across town to have my seat put back in place. Initially, my seat was put back with the formerly stuck seatbelt loose (bottom metal exposed) and machine grease on my light colored seats. I had to inform the service advisor that it was not safe for me to drive around with a disconnected seatbelt (essentially a long belt with a heavy metal piece on the end.) The seatbelt was finally put back - no longer stuck and apparently not in need of the $1200 replacement that I was initially quoted.

Week one the car had to be replaced with 300 miles on it. The 2nd car had nothing but issues even after having the entire dash replaced the same issues and more would happen. I never was confident to drive a brand new AMG with just a total 10k miles on in 2 years of ownership.

I have had positive experiences with the services department, and am happy with the ways they have communicated and serviced my vehicle. However, unfortunately I have had such a negative experience with general customer service after leasing my vehicle. Prior to coming to Mercedes-Benz I was with BMW and experienced such phenomenal customer service that it has likely made this experience feel exceptionally difficult. For example, I have made small requests (asked for the second spare key for my vehicle after only being given one) and have waited months (and am still waiting) for the matter to be resolved. I hope that the team here can improve as poor customer service can really decrease your happiness with the overall experience.

I have 2022 GLE 350. I mysteriously had a glitch in one of my screens that sent me into a complete panic. When I got to the service department, they quickly begin to look for the source of the issue. Because it was a Saturday, the service provider helped me get scheduled so I could drop the car off for further inspection. The morning I dropped the car off, everyone was friendly and quick to help me get in and setup for a loaner vehicle. I receive constant updates at every point if the inspection and was given a full report verbally as well as upon pickup of my vehicle. They truly made something scary become much less stressful.

Took my car in again, against my better judgment, to have its annual check up. Got the estimate: $5K. The Windshield wiper fluid tank has a leak. The right rear brake pad is down to 5-7 mm. The engine block pad is broken, etc, etc. I informed the service manager the following: 1. The windshield wiper fluid alarm has been on since I took the car in last year. 2. So has the left turning signal light alarm 3. And I had the brake pads changed in June. 4. And while I had the car in for the brake pad changes, I was told the air filters were dirty and I then spent an additional $470 having them changed out, when I was already charged for the air filters when I took the car in last October to the dealership! The long and short of it: I was told the tech probably didn’t notice the windshield fluid tank being cracked during the last check up. Also their record did show the air filter was supposed have been changed. I didn’t get any refund for the air filter charges, nor was it offered. The window washer fluid tank could have cracked when they didn’t fill it up, or if they even inspected it during last year’s check up. I will not purchase my next car or take my car there again. They have no concept how important time is and had made promises on the ready time and then to have the customer wait for an additional 2 hours until I threaten to call the police for false imprisonment. Done.

My car would not crank normally but world not start, and also has a recall. Jerry Jow (the representative from Greenway Plaza Mercedes) scheduled repair & recall quickly for me and the whole process went super smooth. The technicians also found some leak which was also reported by another Mercedes dealer, but the repair estimation from this Greenway Benz is MUCH lower than the "another" dealer. Jerry and Greenway Mercedes, you are the best! Thank you very much! I've been with this dealer/workshop and Jerry for many years. They care customers and they are professional. The buying process took longer than required, and the sales manager was trying too hard to sell the additional packages. He was insisting on selling the wheel protection plan to cover the Run-Flat Tires. However, after three days of buying, I ran a curb and two of my tires on the driver's side burst. When I went to a tire dealer to replace them, they informed me that the tires were Yokohama YK740 GTX, which are NOT RUN-FLAT TIRES. So basically, the sales manager was lying to me about the tires being run-flats.

Oh my God, what’s not good to say about the excellent experience I had here. I was all the way in Boston and Mr. Don (salesperson) took care all of my business 2 weeks prior to going pick up my car. I just want to let you know that you rock; all the questions that I wanted to ask was already taken care of.I felt really at home with these guys and also the account manager was so friendly and nice. They treated me like family over there and I felt so comfortable. The process was almost done before I even arrived. Thanks so much to you guys for everything you all did for me. I really appreciate the customer service and the easy transition of purchasing my car. Definitely will do business again with them.

I went to the Mercedes dealership at Greenway Plaza to get my car fixed. I was told by my service advisor (Peter Schermerhorn), that I had a cracked wheel base. The service advisors are great and greenway must treat them well. I have had the same advisor since I bought my first Benz and I am on my second one. The people there are always professional but I did have a small problem when picking up my car. I was told someone is bringing it down several times but 4 or 5 people who just arrived to pick up their car got theirs before me and I had been waiting. Finally another advisor came out to tell me that where my car was parked , there was a car in front of it whose battery had died so that’s what was taking so long. In this case, all they had to do was tell me that instead of have me waiting.

Worked with Muhammad Khan over several weeks on purchasing a Lexus ES 350. Muhammad was helpful and kept me in the loop via email as we were able handle much of the deal process virtually since We were traveling to purchase the vehicle. On buying day, the car was prepped and we were out the door without having to spend a bunch of wasted time which was very much appreciated! Once again Ernesto Zutierrez my service advisor does an outstanding job getting my car repaired and back to me in time so I could take my wife to her doctors appointment in the Woodlands. I just left home when the low tire pressure icon flashed on the dash, I pulled over and looked over my left rear tire and spotted a nail. I have run-flat tires on my 2022 AMG GLA45 and new it would need to be replaced before I could make the round trip from Houston to the Woodlands. I was not to far from Mercedes Green-way so I headed over. I spoke to Ernesto, he checked to see if they had a tire in stock, which they did and replacement was completed while we waited and we still had 1-1/2 hours to make it to the Woodlands for the doctors appointment. Sales was very nice before the deal was closed. After documents were signed he did not ex y yo take the time to explain about the car. One piece from the interior of the r car was broken while they were cleaning it, but the salesman refused to offer yo get it fixed. He said it was just cosmetic that the part was not needed.

This was my first time buying a Mercedes and I have to say my experience was pretty great. Friendly people, refreshments, and snacks in the lounge, everything was very nice. Carolyn Pellegrino took amazing care of us and had everything ready to go when we arrived, she was great. Ali was our financial services manager and he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I had a cracked tire rim on my CLA-250. One rim costs $748. A hefty price to shoulder at anytime. But the folks at Mercedes Greenway surprised me with a reduced price of $150 to help me out. I didn't ask for it they just did it. I guess my service counselor saw the look on my face at the shock of the price and decided to do what he could to ease the shock. My recent service visit was not the same service that I have received in the past. Had a service appointment scheduled for a Wednesday but happened to have a tire issue the weekend before. Dropped the car off late afternoon on Monday (after calling to give tire info and confirm they had tires) and said when the service happens I want to replace all 4 tires. Please make note of this so they can be ordered if needed. I knew I was going to be without a car until Wednesday but was hoping not to prolong it. Wednesday comes along and they need to order tires. So dropping the car off and communicating what I expected did not help. In the past I had thought the service department was great, but this time was a huge let down. Communication was less than stellar, I may just try another dealership in the future for service. Also ordered a new MB fragrance and was sent the wrong scent. Honestly, I am not even sure the service tech ever listened to me.... so frustrating!

Now is a really bad time to purchase a car.NO negotiation on the sales price and I only buy CPO. I guess the good news and that I'm never afraid to walk away. I handle the finances and I know exactly what I want to spend and get a loan for so if the numbers don't work... I wait. I hate it when the salesman goes back and forth to the manager because my only leverage was my trade. I finally got up and walked over to the manager and we got the numbers to work for me. Don't know what happened because I didn't check this before leaving the lot.. the car did not include a manual in the glove compartment. The salesman was also misinformed on the estimated interest rate on the loan if you have good credit. Also wrong on the dealer warranty so I had to spend more for that. Other than that, I really like the car. Will probably keep it until prices on electric vehicles comes down. (5 Yrs) Should get a good trade-in value on it. Well, I hope I win the fuel gift card. I could really use that!

I just brought a Jeep Wrangler from them, it was the worst experience ever. the sales person had no clue about the car and even admitted he does not know about Jeep, yet failed to transfer me to someone who know about the product. Also i was informed the Jeep comes with the Aftermarket stereo but i was told the original will be given (it was already in the car) for me to get fixed. but when i took delivery of the car it was not to be found. and the sales manager and the store manager refused to replace the stereo

The vehicle purchase was great however the Veritas extended warranty isn’t what they claim. I was told it included everything except a few specific items. After getting home and reading through the volume of paper work I discovered that coverage wasn’t as described so I decided to cancel. After a lot of time in the phone I’m told that’s is in the cancellation portal and I should expect my refund in 4-6 weeks. This is unacceptable. They sure didn’t give me 4-6 weeks to pay them. I’m surprised that a reputable dealership would sell this garbage.

They inspected our vehicle for trade in value and left the sunroof open. We tried to close it and it would not close. I held down the wind deflector and closed it but they did NOTHING but argue for 45 minutes! We probably have used the sunroof twice on this car and it is not even paid off yet. So my advice is to definitely not go to this location if you care about your vehicle or customer service. They had their own mechanics who probably could have fixed the problem within minutes but argued with no apologies. You can’t understand by just reading this but 45 minutes in the Houston 99F tends to upset many people when the customer service is that poor! No wonder society is failing

I do not recommend this dealership. The Finance Manager Ravi S is very shady. He told me directly that the dealership will not allow me to use my own financing. I called Mercedes customer care and the representative stated that does not sound right, as I expected. I contacted the dealership back and the sales Manager stated that outside financing is not a problem. Apparently the finance manager was trying to force me into going through his preferred lender at a higher interest rate! Ofcourse he did this after running my credit and me putting down a deposit. Run! Save time and spend your money with honest people.

WARNING: I bought a brand new 2021 GLC here. BRAND NEW and my car is already in the shop needing a completely new engine. I live in Louisiana, called and they told me it’s not really anything they can do. NO ONE could give me at least a loaner car,or provide a rental car. There is no telling how long I will be without a car. This car has less than 20,000 miles and needs a new ENGINE. Now I’m stuck paying out of pocket a rental car and a car note for car I don’t even have! This is Luxury?? Do not recommend.

Artem was actually incredible, extremely patient but quick when he needed to be. He went straight to the point and made small talk, I adored him and the other gentleman who had only been there for a few days. There was one man who was sort of unpleasant, he seemed to have a "let's get this over with" vibe during the pass around time. Thats what I call the time frame in which different people try to come in and close the deal. He gave up on me extremely quickly and had a judgemental tone. Luckily Artem, the finance guy who closed us, and the tech? Guy who explained my car features made up for that man's lack of professionalism
